Early Christmas

Christmas at the Karp's was early again this year. Here are three of my nephews opening their Christmas goodies.

Nathan and I were able to go to the Vikings game this last Sunday, thanks to Grandpa Woods! The seats were awesome and Nathan & I had a great time rooting on the home team to victory!

Highlights of the week:

-made Christmas cookies all day with Mary last Saturday
-had a friend over for dinner and then went out for a couple drinks, a live band and a little dancing
-delivered Thanksgiving meals to the poor on Sunday with the girl scouts then had them over for a pizza party & Uno
-worked late Tuesday for allergy clinic
-Pete's going away at Bump's last night
-kids are off school til Monday
-work tomorrow
-caught up on laundry
-finished my book . . . A Million Little Pieces

Neighbor Pete is moving to Florida soon and I'm over here tonight setting up a blog for him so that he can keep his crazy Minnesota friends updated as to his goings-on. The rum is flowing, the tropical gourmet meal is on it's second course -- Oysters Labukas (I'm done setting up his blog and he still has three courses to go -- he, he) and The Allman Brother are on the CD. What a perfect way to spend a Monday night . . .

Wow! It's been a month since I updated. I went back and updated my blog . . . not to make it look like I've been actually keeping it up-to-date since October 8 (we all know that's not possible), but to put everything in order. So make sure you go back to the end of October for a complete overview!

It's been a great fall for bonfire's -- have been to two in the last month but haven't perfected pictures in the dark yet!
